#WorkoutWednesday is becoming the latest trend at CityPlace Doral. Their new weekly workout activations on the Plaza creates a fun, engaging, and energetic environment during a free 60-minute workout class every Wednesday from January 23 until March 6th beginning at 6:30pm so bring your towels and mats as CityPlace Doral keeps you feeling healthy and fit. Complimentary water bottles will be provided and be sure to get there early before classes fill up. Every week there will be something new as they offer a rotation of classes to keep it fun and interesting. From cycling with CYCLEBAR to getting your dance on during Zumba there seems to be something for everyone.

At CityPlace Doral’s #WorkoutWednesday the crowd stays fit each and every week as they follow their instructors through their workout. They offer Zumba, which is always a crowd favorite and is a highly aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. They also incorporate more modern workouts such as KardioYoga which is fusing yoga poses with a good taste of cardio exercises, based on the principles of ashtanga and vinyasa yoga. Every class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas, meditation and aromatherapy.

Take advantage and ride outdoors in the beautiful Miami weather with CYCLEBAR leading their class for free as certified CycleStar® instructors which includes amazing music playlists called CycleBeats®, energy-enhancing video graphics and rider-specific performance CycleStats.
