Each Wednesday beginning at 6:30pm we offer these unique workouts on the plaza that will help you reach your fitness goals quickly.
Enjoy getting your sweat on during a Zumba class which is a highly aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. They also incorporate more modern workouts such as KardioYoga which is fusing yoga poses with a good taste of cardio exercises, based on the principles of ashtanga and vinyasa yoga. Every class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas, meditation and aromatherapy.
Take advantage and ride outdoors in the beautiful Miami weather with CYCLEBAR leading their class for free as certified CycleStar® instructors which includes amazing music playlists called CycleBeats®, energy-enhancing video graphics and rider-specific performance CycleStats.
